Responsibilities
Contribute to the software development of a full stack application with APIs, containers, relational databases, and automated build pipelines
Write software with Java, React, and maybe some Python in an agile environment
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified in the fielded systems
Advocate for software best practices on our multi-discipline team
Qualification
Required
TS and the ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification and pass a CI polygraph
2+ years of software development experience, including experience with Java and React
Experience deploying to the cloud (AWS) with best practices (staging, production, automated testing)
Strong written and verbal technical communication skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Preferred
CI polygraph
CompTIA's SECURITY+ certification
Experience with automated build pipelines, Jenkins, Ansible, & Atlassian tools
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Podman & Kubernetes experience
