Principal Technical Program Manager, GenAI Foundry

Responsibilities
Work with the cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams in establishing workstreams and operationalizing them for efficiency
Focus on customer-facing AI workflows and enterprise creative transformation, driving initiatives that bring GenAI capabilities directly into creative customer experiences
Set schedules and actively manage issues/risks of the programs
Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale cloud migration initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, networking, security, DevOps, product, and finance to ensure seamless execution
Ensure cross-functional alignment across all teams on strategy, plans, and execution
Communicate program status, risks and mitigation plans to executives
Look for chances to improve and streamline processes whenever feasible
Manage dependencies across platform services, backend systems, and front-end applications impacted by the cloud migration
Drive special projects or initiatives on behalf of the leadership team
Work closely with SRE/infra teams to plan and monitor production deployments, rollback strategies, and environment readiness
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related field
BS or MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related program
Proven technical leadership and build alignment amongst subject matter experts
Deep understanding of cloud platforms including compute, networking, storage, monitoring, and automation
Proven success leading large-scale, complex programs involving cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code and service reliability
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within diverse, cross-functional teams
Strong technical competence in software/system development methodologies (including Agile)
An intrinsic ability to deal with ambiguity and having a flexible and adaptive approach
Analytical perspective to problem-solving, attention to detail organizational skills, and a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience managing cloud migrations, hybrid environments, or multi-cloud architectures is strongly preferred
Experience with a Machine Learning, AI, or Consumer company strongly preferred
Experience working with large enterprise customers is preferred
Desire to help take the GenAI to the next level
