Responsibilities
Provide personal, one-on-one service to our valued personal lines clients
Assist with policy questions, endorsements, renewals, and new business
Review coverage with clients to ensure their needs are met
Work directly with insurance carriers to resolve client issues
Maintain accurate and organized client files
Be a trusted point of contact for our clients and agency partners
Qualification
Required
Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude
Comfortable using agency management systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Personal lines insurance experience preferred, but not required
