They are seeking a Surgical Support Technician to provide essential assistance to healthcare professionals in delivering patient care, focusing on the preparation, performance, and post-operative support to surgical teams.

Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth functioning of clinical operations by handling tasks that support the diagnostic, therapeutic, and procedural aspects of patient care
Focus on the preparation, performance, and post-operative support to surgical teams
Responsibilities include sterilization, instrument preparation and handling, and or operational or hands-on support required during surgery
May work in our hospitals, surgical centers, and clinics, and have responsibilities from planning and preparation to recovery and follow-up

Qualification

BLS CertificationCNA experienceEMT experiencePCT experienceCMA experienceCommunicative skillsAuditory skillsVisual skillsAttention to detail

Required

High School Graduate or Equivalent
1 year of experience required
BLS Certification required
Additional certifications/licensure may be required for the position

Preferred

Experience as CNA, EMT, PCT or CMA highly preferred
