Contract Specialist III

Crown Castle is the nation’s largest provider of shared communications infrastructure. The Contract Specialist III supports the Network organization in creating and executing Small Cell and Fiber agreements, managing tasks and deliverables related to the Contract Management lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Manage the Business Process Management (BPM) workflow to ensure that all contract requests and stages are actioned timely from contract delivery through full execution
Review and analyze project data to ensure complete, consistent and accurate information is available to fulfill contract requests
Prepare contracts in accordance with prescribed templates, guidelines, and established contract policies and procedures
Proactively engage functional partners to resolve data discrepancies
Ensure contracts are executed, per the Crown Castle Commitment Authority Policy and are approved by all appropriate parties
Forecast and manage deliverable timelines, including resolving issues to ensure targets are achieved
Develop and maintain successful business relationships with internal/external customers
Participate in and support cross functional projects including, but not limited to, process development, system enhancements, and new business integration
Supporting contractual compliance and automation initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree
Five+ (5) years' experience in real estate leasing/licensing related to the telecom industry
Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of license agreements and nature of compliance obligations
Ability to continuously prioritize long-term plans with short-term urgent response needs
Ability to influence conversations and work through building of relationships, thoughtful framing of issues, and building influence through excellent work
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present complex information in a clear and simple format
A constant example of modeling Crown's PURPLE values
Provide excellent customer service throughout all activities and interfaces
Proficient in guiding internal/external customers on contract questions and problems
Demonstrate the flexibility needed to adjust to changing conditions
Respond in a timely and professional manner to inquiries
Meet production and quality assurance goals
Agile with contract language and the ability to understand complex information
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess risk
Strong time management, prioritization and organization skills
Solve complex contract problems with the ability to balance risk and customer needs
