Mid LevelMenards is looking for a certified A&P technician to join their Flight Department. This role involves providing maintenance, inspection, and repair to Cessna Citations and Embraer Regional Jets, ensuring a high level of service, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities
Conduct inspections, repairs and modifications to airframes, engines and avionics systems during routine and non-routine maintenance inspections
Identify and remedy defects noted during scheduled and non-scheduled inspections
Properly follow manufacturer maintenance manuals and FAA Part 125 Approved Inspection Program
Accurately complete and maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities through the use of aircraft logbooks and CAMP Systems International software
Document and maintain parts, tooling and equipment inventory
Inspect and repair components including but not limited to aircraft wheels and batteries
MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES: Will be required to perform other duties at the direction of Flight Department Management
Qualification
Required
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate
Meet the recency of experience requirements of 14 CFR 65.83
Strong interpersonal communication
Ability to work and problem solve independently as well as part of a team
Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and 80 pounds occasionally
Be capable of standing, bending, crouching and stretching for prolonged periods of time
Read and understand detailed schematics and wiring diagrams
Must be able to relocate to Eau Claire, WI
