Responsibilities

Conduct continuous hands-on training for new and existing technicians, ensuring they maintain efficiency and are always improving their skills

Act as the first line of escalation for any issues in the field, from technician performance to customer complaints, and resolve over 90% of them before they need to be escalated

Regularly perform full ceramic coating installations yourself—both for training purposes and operational support

Take full ownership of the chemical and equipment inventory for your territory, leading weekly inventory meetings and ensuring there are never any stockouts

Build and protect our unique technician culture through strong communication, consistent enforcement of standards, and high expectations

Coordinate with our Success Team to ensure schedules are met, customers are satisfied, and our technicians are ready for anything

Review technician reports and provide weekly updates to leadership
