Responsibilities
Leading HR system implementations (HRIS), process improvement projects, and cross-functional initiatives
Create strategic alignment, consolidation, and enhancement of HR technologies to streamline service delivery, reduce cost and complexity, and improve employee experience while maintaining compliance and scalability
Optimizing HR service delivery, SLAs, and knowledge bases for better employee support
Collaborating with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence (COE), and IT. Own and execute the vendor management program to ensure HR shared services technology partners deliver reliable, cost-effective, and compliant solutions
Analyzing performance data (SLAs) and ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in HR operations/HRIS, and program/project management in a technology-focused role
Bachelor or Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Expertise in HR Information Systems (HRIS), data management, and understanding system integrations (e.g., ATS, HCM, AI, Analytics)
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the company
Ability to analyze and synthesize metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity
Top-notch organization skills, strong attention to detail to develop and execute plans
Ability to adapt and adjust plans, as needed, using internal and external inputs
Creativity and analytical skills to remove obstacles while working collaboratively with others
Ability to ruthlessly prioritize tasks
