business analysis manager, North America Coffee Partnership

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Commercial leadership to develop AOP/ESP process, manage targets and allocate funding to strategic initiatives
Manage D&A budget for key brands and customers by providing actionable insights on D&A spending, track KPIs for performance evaluation, and manage actuals and periodic forecasts and accruals
Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate key insights and status updates to senior leadership for decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience or four years US military experience in a related MOS/C
7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting and business planning
5+ years of applicable industry experience
5+ years contributing to and leading cross-functional teams
5+ years making recommendations to and influencing decision makers
Project management experience
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to present information to senior leaders
Ability to influence without authority vertically and horizontally throughout the organization and with cross functional teams
Ability to lead others
Advanced Excel, statistical analysis and financial modeling
Business analysis skills, with the ability to see implications and provide consultative solutions and recommendations
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage projects
Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
