They are seeking an experienced Paralegal/Legal Administrator to manage transactional documentation, legal billing, and provide administrative support to attorneys and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Support real estate and M&A transactions, including assistance with preparing ancillary documents, due diligence and coordination with closings
Manage legal billing and invoicing processes, including tracking outside counsel spending, and assisting with budget reporting
Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and databases
Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel on transactional and compliance matters
Utilize Microsoft Office tools—especially Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and OneDrive—to support daily tasks
Provide administrative support to attorneys, managing multiple tasks from start to finish
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate or commercial real estate paralegal or legal administrator (either in law firm or in-house legal department)
Law firm case management and billing software experience required, as well as proficiency in the use of Microsoft and various other software applications
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively across teams
Preferred
Experience supporting real estate transactions and/or M&A deals is strongly preferred
Familiarity with corporate governance and SEC filings a plus
