Responsibilities
Take an active role in the definition and delivery of research projects showcasing the application of AI technologies including agents in the context of OCI systems and enterprise environments
Identify problems along with solutions in the end to end productization of AI at scale including solution development, training, validation, monitoring, operations, and security
Qualification
Required
AI and ML research and development experience
Applied AI and applied ML experience along with productization of models
Use of cloud services and systems for development of new systems and solutions
Experience in performance optimization of AI and agentic systems
Software development experience in Python and Java

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
