Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and maintain mineral data, spreadsheets, and reports
Process leases, production reports, and applications in compliance with established policies
Review and validate monthly billing to ensure accuracy and consistency
Support internal and external communications through correspondence, email, and phone interactions
Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation for audits, reporting, and compliance purposes
Participate in project meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements
Conduct occasional field work as required

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Experience reviewing, maintaining, and managing databases or data-driven reports
High School Diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred

Preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with ArcView, ArcMap, Salesforce, or other data management systems
Prior experience in government, environmental, or land management programs is a plus
