Responsibilities
Partner with leadership across departments to identify hiring requirements and align recruitment goals with business objectives
Implement best practices in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment methodologies
Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors to enhance sourcing capabilities
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in utilities craft recruitment, preferably in a fast paced, high-volume environment
Experience recruiting high volume craft roles for Utilities (apprentice linemen to superintendents, on a nationwide basis)
Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles and levels
Strong understanding of labor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (Workday, UKG)
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high growth environment while managing multiple priorities
Knowledge of recruitment marketing tools and techniques
Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Ability to travel nationally (when necessary) for job fairs, etc
Preferred
Bilingual skills are a PLUS
