Responsibilities
Prepare and try personal injury cases as first chair
Represent clients through all phases of litigation, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial
Draft pleadings, legal motions, and trial documents
Conduct thorough case evaluations and negotiate with insurance carriers
Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and compassionate guidance
Lead trial strategy, including voir dire, opening/closing statements, and examination of witnesses
Collaborate with internal legal teams, experts, and support staff
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
Minimum of 5 first-chair jury trials
5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
Excellent trial, litigation, and negotiation skills
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
