Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on conversational Agentic AI systems, from design and development to evaluation
Build and mentor a high-performing team of scientists and engineers
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI, Agentic, and conversational capabilities into various applications and products
Identify new opportunities for conversational AI, Agentic AI, Analytics, and related technologies
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and advancements in the above fields
Qualification
Required
PhD Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Linguistics, or a related field with a dissertation, thesis or final project centered on Machine Learning or Deep Learning with 8+ years relevant experience is preferred; Alternatively, Master's degree in any of the above fields, with 12+ years relevant experience
Strong publication record, including as a lead author in top-tier conferences or journals
Extensive experience in deep learning, NLP, and Agentic AI
Proven track record of leading research and development projects
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and architectures
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
