Qualification
Required
Hyundai dealership experience is required
Proven ability to lead a successful sales team with measurable performance results
Deep understanding of Hyundai programs, incentives, systems, and retail metrics
Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Must demonstrate professionalism, ethical decision-making, and customer-centric values
