Responsibilities

Lead and coach a high‑performing maintenance team
Build preventive programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical
Plan and deliver repairs, renovations, and capital projects
Manage budgets and negotiate smart vendor contracts
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building codes
Run a CMMS to prioritize work and track performance
Inspect facilities and drive timely corrective actions
Strengthen emergency readiness for outages and incidents

Required

Bachelor's in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
7–10 years in facilities; 3–5 years leading teams in corporate or manufacturing settings
Deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire systems
Proven success with preventive maintenance and CMMS
Skilled in budgeting, contracting, and capital project oversight

Preferred

Certifications such as CFM/FMP are a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft 365
