Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial properties (HVAC filters, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, and general building upkeep)
Conduct inspections and identify issues before they become major problems
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
Assist with minor construction, painting, drywall, and carpentry projects as needed
Respond to maintenance emergencies when required
Coordinate with property managers and vendors for larger repairs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or in a similar role (commercial property experience preferred)
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
