Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end innovation process—from opportunity discovery through validated concepts
Conduct analytical work streams, including business/value cases, financial modeling, and creating strategic frameworks to evaluate opportunities
Design and run experiments and build reports and data visualizations to present findings
Support key executive-level operations, including strategy updates, cross-functional initiatives, and innovation-related strategic planning cycles
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
Experience with SQL and data visualization
5+ years of practical experience, including strategic operations, innovation, management consulting, retail, supply chain, or other relevant industry roles
Demonstrated experience developing business/value cases and conducting financial forecasting
Proven success leading cross-functional teams through influence to develop and execute new capabilities
Preferred
