IT Sales Representative – Base + Commission (OTE $80k+)
TeamLogic IT is a fast-growing IT solutions provider helping businesses improve efficiency, security, and scalability through technology. They are seeking an IT Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle, build client relationships, and drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
Manage the full sales cycle: discovery → proposal → closing deals
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
Follow proven sales processes while bringing your own energy and ideas
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Qualification
Required
Proven success in B2B sales (IT sales or technology solutions a plus)
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to close deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Comfortable working in a base + commission structure with no cap on earnings
Organized and disciplined with pipeline management
