Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with both channel partners and clients
Deliver monthly performance reports and conduct client recap calls
Analyze campaign data and present actionable insights to clients
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and strategic support
Serve as the main point of contact for client onboarding, account maintenance, and performance management, including acting as a point of escalation when needed
Identify upsell, renewal, and churn-risk opportunities
Educate clients on product enhancements and new features
Be detail-oriented and have a can-do attitude
Be proficient in PowerPoint and technology

Required

2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or media
Strong relationship-building and client communication skills
Experience developing and implementing media and digital strategies to support client goals and campaign success
Proven ability to conduct performance reviews and drive revenue through upsell opportunities and strong client retention strategies
Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and client recommendations
Comfortable navigating digital media platforms and submitting technical support requests
Proficient in PowerPoint and other client-facing presentation tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with a can-do attitude
