Responsibilities
Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to PEP 8 standards
Develop complex backend algorithmic solutions and data processing scripts to challenge AI reasoning
Provide clear, human-readable explanations for backend logic and architectural decisions
Identify and flag edge cases or security vulnerabilities in AI-generated API logic
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or better in Computer Science or a related technical field
Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features
3-5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code
Exceptional written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts
Preferred
Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems
