Analyze and summarize business requirements, systematically solidifying data models to enhance efficiency and extract key insights
Build and maintain data reporting systems, generating regular business reports to assist departments in understanding business performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Management, Computer Science, Data Mining, or related fields
3+ years of data analysis experience with strong analytical skills and knowledge of common statistical methods and data analysis tools
Proficient in using SQL for analysis, extraction, and processing, capable of writing complex SQL queries, and familiar with common database management systems
Comfortable working in a fast-moving fintech/tech startup environment
Preferred
Experience with the securities brokerage is a plus
Experience with Metabase or Tableau is a plus
Chinese language skills is a bonus to interact with colleagues in other regions
