Responsibilities
Lead and manage client relationships across a portfolio of flow-through entities (S Corps, LLCs, Partnerships) and their owners
Oversee complex tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements
Mentor and review the work of seniors and staff, fostering growth and accountability
Conduct technical tax research and communicate findings clearly to clients and colleagues
Collaborate with partners to identify and implement client-focused tax strategies
Deliver high-quality work while maintaining strong attention to deadlines and detail
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
8+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience
Strong technical foundation in partnership, S-Corp, and individual taxation
Experience managing staff and client engagements
Active CPA or EA required
Preferred
Master's in Taxation or Accounting (preferred)
Background in advisory, planning, or private foundation work is a plus
