Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Accounts Payable the position is responsible for the processing and payment of various types of invoices for all entities
The main function is to assure the accuracy and timeliness of payments for the system
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate required
One (1) year related bookkeeping experience
Demonstrates physical and functional ability to perform full anatomical range of motion to accomplish tasks
Evidence of visual and aural acuity and finger and hand dexterity to operate computer and office equipment
Can withstand long periods of sitting, standing and/or constant walking
Ability to lift 10 lbs
Ability to foster collaborative relationships
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to organize and synthesize new information
Ability to prioritize tasks
Possesses critical thinking and analytical skills
Demonstrates flexibility
Ability to multi-task
Required detailed attention to work in an environment where interruptions cannot be controlled
Demonstrates sensitivity to customer needs and expectations
Preferred
One (1) year of college to include Accounting I or Elementary Accounting preferred
