Responsibilities

Inspecting, sampling, testing of parts, products, materials and assemblies for defects and deviations from engineering drawings and specifications
Use basic measuring devices (i.e. caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, scale, etc.)
Verify all documentation complete prior to releasing parts
Attach appropriate tags to products when required
Maintain associated forms and records

Required

Inspecting, sampling, testing of parts, products, materials and assemblies for defects and deviations from engineering drawings and specifications
Use basic measuring devices (i.e. caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, scale, etc.)

Attach appropriate tags to products when required
Maintain associated forms and records
Ability to stand eight hours, twist, reach, as well as lift up to 45-50 lbs
Able to use both hands to grasp, hand together with arms
Ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers on one or both hands
Able to manipulate large size objects
Capable of wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
Blueprint reading
Communication (reading, writing & speaking English)
Thoroughness/attention to detail
Time management
