Responsibilities
Support the development of tools and reports for managing employee expenses and workforce planning across the company
Perform data analysis and develop insightful dashboards, memos & presentations that effectively summarize the data
Act as the bridge between business teams and technical teams to gather tooling and data requirements
Create and maintain data documentation for both internal technical audiences and partner user teams
Collaborate with partners in FP&A, Data Science & Engineering, and Planning Technology teams to enhance forecast accuracy and streamline the planning process
Support the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, forecast methodologies, and analyses to drive business decisions related to employee expenses and workforce planning
Drive process improvements in headcount planning by partnering with upstream process owners, and enhance current tools/systems related to workforce and expense management
Drive financial planning processes related to headcount and employee expense forecasting, as well as long-range planning
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment, preferably in corporate analytics or other roles requiring a blend of strategic and cross-functional work, with extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
Strong communicator; able to collaborate and maintain relationships with partners across business teams, Planning Technology, and the Data Science & Engineering team
Comfortable with ambiguity; able to thrive with minimal oversight and process, while keeping leadership informed on progress against deadlines
Strong track record of identifying key questions; defining, performing, and coordinating analyses; and communicating findings in a clear and concise way
Superior proficiency with MS Excel is expected; basic knowledge of SQL is required; Tableau, Anaplan and TM1 knowledge a plus
Previous experience working with financial and/or headcount-related data
