Responsibilities
Plan and lead safe, age-appropriate games and activities for kids ages 2-5
Greet children and parents, manage check-in & pick-up, and track attendance
Clean, sanitize, and organize Tot Lot space, toys, and supplies; track inventory
Communicate with parents about allergies, behavior or camper needs, and give updates as needed
Lead snack time, restocking supplies, and coordinating with the kitchen for snacks
Support broader camp programming - help other staff, join events, and jump in where needed
Qualification
Required
18 or older
At least 2 years experience working with children ages 2-5 (childcare, preschool, etc.)
Patient, warm, and good with young kids
Good communication and organization skills
Comfortable cleaning, lifting up to 50 lbs, and being active throughout the day
Responsible, caring, and ready to support both kids and families
Someone dependable who shows up on time and works hard
