Senior Corporate Counsel, Procurement
Fleet Data Centers designs, builds and operates mega-scale data center campuses, and they are seeking a Senior Counsel, Global Construction & Procurement to shape the legal strategy behind the sourcing and construction of mission-critical infrastructure. This role involves leading legal aspects of procurement and contracting for global projects, while managing risk and compliance across the organization.

Be the Legal Architect of Fleet’s Global Procurement Strategy

Partner Across the Business to Deliver Projects at Scale
Leverage and Lead Outside Counsel
Qualification
Required
10+ years of legal experience in construction law, large-scale infrastructure procurement, or complex capital projects
Mastery of EPC, design-build, construction management, equipment procurement, and engineering services contracts
Experience leading negotiations in multinational environments
A business-savvy, solutions-oriented mindset
The ability to operate with confidence in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting
JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction in good standing
Preferred
Experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, energy, utilities, or mission-critical real estate
Familiarity with global procurement compliance and cross-border trade considerations
A track record of building scalable contracting processes and procurement playbooks
