Corporate Director of Sales
Windsor Hospitality is seeking a Corporate Director of Sales who will be responsible for all Sales activities for the Windsor portfolio. This role involves guiding property Sales Leaders and General Managers to build new business and maximize revenue while ensuring strategic business decisions are made for each hotel and market.

Responsibilities
Work with General Managers/Sales teams to achieve budgeted sales
Establish Sales tools + best practices to maximize revenue opportunities
Setting goals and action plans around proactive business and account maintenance
Providing guidance for business plan development to on-property Sales Leaders and reviewing
Create best practices for daily sales activities and roll-out to field
Sourcing, hiring, and training of any new field Sales Leader positions and supporting on-property leaders with hiring Sales Managers/Coordinators
Build a field Sales team that is guest focused and understands action plans for the department and hotel
Reviewing contracts with Corporate Revenue Manager ensuring revenue is maximized and that all the partnerships are in the best interest of the hotels
Run monthly sales production reports and forecasts for the portfolio and provide executive level summaries + highlights, identifying areas of risk and opportunity
Audit field Sales Leaders to ensure they are following best practices for daily sales activities
Work closely with Hotel leadership and Revenue team to ensure that all sales goals and market share targets are on track and to develop market strategies
Assist in annual evaluation of field Sales Leaders, provide coaching or action plans as needed to ensure Sales Leaders/Managers meet targets
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hospitality as a Director of Sales or Regional Director of Sales. Hotel experience is required
Comprehensive understanding of the hotel sector, inclusive of market segments, consumer demographics, and industry flux
Exceptional analytical prowess and strategic thinking capabilities
Outstanding leadership and management aptitude, fostering a motivated sales workforce
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, coupled with professional demeanor and time management capabilities
Proven resilience under pressure, managing priorities in a dynamic setting with finesse
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
