Responsibilities
Manage the gear library - package, distribute, sanitize, and store equipment
Track inventory and keep detailed gear usage and loss records
Assist outreach families with check-in, gear needs, and questions
Help with transportation logistics and outreach-related operational tasks
Collect required demographic and program data for grant reporting
Support camp-wide programs and help other staff during busy periods
Qualification
Required
21 or older
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Able to lift 50+ lbs and comfortable with physical tasks
Valid driver's license and safe driving ability
Works well independently and as part of a team
Calm under pressure, adaptable, and service-focused
Preferred
Spanish language translation skills are highly preferred for this role (additional compensation)
