Responsibilities

Process participant and plan transactions, including enrollments, changes, contributions, dividends, loans, and QDROs, while meeting all processing deadlines

Analyze, generate, and maintain participant loans, including documentation, compliance review, amortization schedules, and delinquency management

Review and resolve complex plan and participant corrections using regulatory knowledge, internal guidelines, and collaboration with administration teams

Serve as the primary contact for Retirement Plan Services Administration, addressing questions, research requests, and reporting needs

Reconcile daily retirement plan fund assets and cash, resolving discrepancies to ensure compliance with plan documents

Prepare and balance quarterly reports, verifying accuracy across tax codes, recordkeeping systems, and trust accounting systems prior to participant statement generation

Maintain clear and thorough documentation to support audits, compliance requirements, and plan reporting
