Responsibilities

Investigate daily system performance for anomalies, deliver solutions to operations and maintenance team escalations
Assist with launches of new operational sites, regions
Lead cross-functional system investigations with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to optimize drone system performance metrics, and drive improvements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights to establish benchmark standards and reduce operational burdens
Develop and maintain documentation for technical procedures
Deliver measurable system behavior improvements based on data analysis that impacts customer experience, proactively engaging stakeholders to advocate for customers
Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, presenting strategies and results to senior leadership and operational partners

Qualification

Systems engineeringData analysisCross-functional collaborationAviation regulatory complianceAWSTechnical communicationDocumentation skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
3+ years of systems engineering, or 2+ years of systems engineering experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred

Experience in aviation regulatory compliance
Experience with AWS
