Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the cash application team, ensuring timely and accurate resolution to all payment-related transactions

Provide guidance and expertise to improve AR procedures and cash posting processes

Monitor and resolve issues related to invoicing, payments, unapplied cash, short payments, and chargebacks

Escalate problematic accounts and customer complaints to appropriate departments for resolution

Collaborate with internal teams (billing, collections, finance) to ensure smooth payment processing and account reconciliation

Support audits and special projects by gathering and analyzing financial data

Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Training and development of team members

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Assist in bank reconciliations for cash and credit card transactions
