M&A Integration & Special Projects-Assistant Controller

Allied Roofing Partners is seeking an experienced M&A Integration & Special Projects-Assistant Controller to support their rapidly growing organization through seamless and successful acquisition integrations. This role is crucial for executing the company's growth strategy by aligning systems, processes, and operational workflows across newly acquired companies.

Consumer Services

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the integration of systems, applications, and processes (CRM platforms, QuickBooks, Bill.com, and other tools) for newly acquired companies
Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment and effective integration execution
Design and implement data mapping, data transformation, and system automation processes
Support and oversee secure, accurate, and efficient data migrations
Develop and maintain custom scripts, APIs, and integration tools for system-to-system communication
Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related challenges promptly
Provide training, onboarding, and hands-on support to staff at acquired companies
Evaluate, streamline, and improve integration processes to support scalability for future acquisitions
Document workflows, best practices, and troubleshooting steps for organizational continuity
Coordinate with system vendors and third-party providers throughout integration projects
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of experience managing back-office applications and enterprise systems
Proven experience handling acquisition integrations
Strong understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and technology-driven efficiencies
High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and centralized team resource management
Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Operations, Accounting, HR, and IT
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
Willingness to travel up to 30%
Experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office (Sharepoint) and CRM Systems

Preferred

Experience in home services or commercial services industries is a plus
