Valley View Hospital is looking for a qualified individual to work in our Day Surgery department as a full-time Scheduling Communication Coordinator. The role involves enhancing communication between Surgical Services, hospital departments, and physician office staff while performing data entry related to surgical services activities.

Responsibilities

Performs data entry related to charging, logging, and quantifying Surgical Services activities

Enhances the communication between the Surgical Services, hospital departments, and physician office staff

Functions as a receptionist and remains professional and positive when dealing with stressful situations and multiple demands related to the operation of the Surgical Services Department

Qualification

Medical TerminologyScheduling Experience

Required

High school graduate or equivalent required

Medical terminology required

Scheduling experience preferred
