Account Executive - Mid Enterprise

They are seeking a Technical Field Account Executive to develop new mid-market and enterprise relationships and deliver tailored technology solutions while earning uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new mid-market and enterprise clients across IT hardware, software, managed services, and professional services
Leverage your existing client base and professional network to accelerate growth
Build and manage a strong, predictable pipeline through outreach, renewals, and referrals
Conduct in-person meetings and executive-level presentations that communicate business value and outcomes
Manage the entire sales lifecycle — from discovery to proposal to close — while maintaining accurate CRM documentation (ConnectWise)
Represent CR-T at partner events, industry conferences, and client engagements to expand market presence
Deliver consultative, business-focused solutions that align with client goals and CR-T’s core offerings
Partner with engineers and solution architects to craft and present tailored strategies
Stay ahead of evolving technology trends to position CR-T as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
Expand client relationships through strategic cross-sell and up-sell initiatives
Maintain high client satisfaction and retention by delivering measurable business outcomes
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals

Required

5+ years of B2B technical sales or IT consulting experience, preferably in infrastructure, cloud, or managed services
Demonstrated success in new client acquisition within mid-market or enterprise environments
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred; vendor certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, HPE, etc.) a plus
