Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of subcontracted and purchased parts using predetermined methods and, when needed, establish appropriate inspection sequences
Accurately document findings, discrepancies, and compliance results in clear, legible reports
Interpret blueprints, work orders, and AS9102 First Article requirements to verify dimensions, identification, and workmanship acceptance criteria
Train and mentor new personnel on inspection techniques, documentation standards, and safety procedures
Participate in internal and external audits, maintain inspection records, and uphold a safe, organized work environment
Qualification
Required
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access
The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance
A company-sponsored interim secret clearance is required to start

Preferred
Receiving Inspection experience
Experience inspecting electrical components and/or printed wiring boards
Experience using a CMM and a height gage
Knowledge of MIL standards
Demonstrated computer skills areas of LM tools including SAP, Apriso, Command Media, PAL, Windchill and P2P
