The firm is seeking an entry-level Business Immigration Paralegal to prepare and file petitions and visa applications while maintaining and organizing client documentation under attorney supervision.

Preparing and filing petitions and visa applications
Compiling and analyzing case facts
Drafting correspondence
Maintaining and organizing client documentation
Communicating directly with multiple attorneys
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
Strong writing skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Ability to work independently toward team goals
Outstanding organizational skills
Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems
