Responsibilities

Conduct and support study visits and data collection

Review, export and fix data collection

Ensure data quality

Assist with participant scheduling and informed consent

Organizes and maintains study materials; Records study notes and results; files and maintains records; codes data for input for electronic data processing; inputs and retrieves data using computers

Maintain accurate, confidential records

Performs data analysis and data entry

Performs other related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are related to the position

Collaborate with the lab team and uphold study integrity

Required

High school diploma with three (3) years of experience or two (2) years of post-secondary education with one (1) year of experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health or a related field

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Prefers two years of experience conducting standardized testing and/or working with children or adolescents

Comfort with emotionally sensitive material

Knowledge of advanced features in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail skills
