Responsibilities

Build and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and executives, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation for all engagement-related matters
Identify opportunities to leverage CIO shared services to offload operational activities, thereby enabling client-facing staff to focus on delivery. Collaborate with clients on implementation and strategic planning to maximize the return on investment (ROI) and overall value derived from our services and products. Leverage customer feedback to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
Craft and execute comprehensive communication strategies that powerfully convey the CIO’s vision, mission, and value proposition. Oversee and curate content for the internal CIO website to ensure it is engaging and consistently reflects the CIO's brand. Champion initiatives designed to elevate the CIO’s brand presence and amplify its marketing impact
Conduct regular, data-driven performance reviews, such as quarterly business reviews, for customers and internal partners, creating compelling narratives and dashboards that highlight impact and pinpoint areas for improvement
Lead the end-to-end management of complex projects or a portfolio of engagements, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting quality standards
Manage and mentor a team of engagement managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive service delivery

Required

10+ years of experience in business relationship management or communications within a large, matrixed organization
Experience with enterprise technology services and products and aligning them with business objectives
Experience in brand management and marketing, including promoting technology capabilities and initiatives
Experience in building and leading high-performing teams
Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messages
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive engagement in complex environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results
Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology

Preferred

Experience in government consulting
Experience overseeing and managing internal communication platforms
Knowledge of Defense Industrial Base (DIB) operations, including associated regulations and restrictions
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possession of excellent organizational and project management skills
Master's degree
