They are looking for a data-driven specialist responsible for tracking, analyzing, and interpreting user and system data to support product quality, conversion optimization, and better user experience across brands.

Responsibilities
Track and identify issues using data from VWO, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Backend systems
Compile and reconcile data from multiple sources to detect discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy
Analyze user flow and behavior across all brands to pinpoint friction points, drop-offs, or anomalies
Understand data patterns that can help improve the user journey, form hypotheses, and share actionable recommendations
Suggest enhancements to tracking setups, funnels, or site experience based on data trends and insights
Collaborate closely with QA, Dev, and Marketing teams to validate experiments (A/B tests, tracking changes, etc.) and interpret performance metrics
Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarizing key observations, findings, and improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proficient in VWO, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and backend analytics tools
Skilled in data compilation, reconciliation, and accuracy validation across multiple sources
Strong ability to analyze user behavior and identify friction points or anomalies
Experience forming data-driven hypotheses and providing actionable recommendations
Knowledge of tracking setup optimization, funnel analysis, and UX improvement
Collaborative mindset with experience working with QA, Dev, and Marketing teams
Familiar with A/B testing, performance metrics, and experiment validation
Able to create clear reports and dashboards summarizing key insights
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
