Responsibilities
Prospecting: You are energetic and motivated to get the right people on the phone to create buy-in on Northlake Financial Services
Dealer Engagement: You offer an exceptional client experience by providing support, the best client experience and connecting on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful
Problem-Solving: Listen, ask questions, and lead with empathy by putting yourself in the dealer's shoes to efficiently resolve issues
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Act like an owner by taking accountability for issues, and knowing when to collaborate and use your team to find the right solutions
Product Knowledge: Deep understand of the products offered by Northlake Financial, and proactively recommending products that will help achieve their financial goals

Qualification
Required
MUST be located in the Calgary, Alberta area
3-5 years of related sales experience
Experience selling in indirect automotive or consumer lending, financial services is an asset
Post-Secondary education in Business or Commerce is an asset
Valid Driver's license and ability to travel within the specified territory regularly
Dexterous in using productivity tools and end-user software including MS Office suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal
Successful track record of growing sales and ability to deliver outstanding customer service
