Responsibilities
Supports daily execution of content publishing including uploading assets, tagging, QA, and deployment for site homepages, landing pages, and promotional marketing campaigns throughout the customer journey
Proofs and publishes image assets and copy, add and validate links, and ensures published content is mobile optimized to meet web performance best practices
Manages quality assurance and usability; ensures all images, copy and products are functioning and rendering properly on-site
Coordinates approvals for on-site content and promotional messaging within the stage environment
Supports internal digital teams on page set-up for A/B tests and personalized content
Conducts daily site QA and content audits
Identifies and troubleshoots solutions for web production challenges

Qualification
Required
1+ years' in ecommerce, digital agency or web production environment
Passion for digital culture, publishing and e-commerce
Executes work effectively by meeting deadlines, and keeping key stakeholders informed of web production updates
Strong communication and partnering skills
Exceptional attention to detail and highly effective in cross-functional environments
Ability to succeed in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and work experience
Experience with content management systems or web publishing software a plus
Proficiency in project management and Wrike or JIRA a plus
