Provide comprehensive primary care, from physical exams to patient education and continuity of care
Qualification
Required
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
Family Medicine/Internal Medicine residency trained from an accredited institution
Board certification or board eligible
Eligibility for licensure in the state of Connecticut
Eligibility for Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses
Preferred
Bilingual Stipend for Spanish or Haitian Creole fluency (upon passing proficiency assessment)
Visa sponsorship - J1 visa waiver and/or H-1B visa (cap-exempt) for applicable candidates
