Responsibilities
Coordinate development and maintenance of execution plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets
Manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, and communication among project stakeholders
Support procurement, contract administration, and change management processes
Participate in safety planning and quality assurance, including shop drawing reviews and design compliance
Track project costs, invoice preparation, and reporting
Maintain project documentation systems and assist with closeout deliverables and turnover packages
Contribute to marketing materials, proposals, and ongoing team coordination across departments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent technical degree
1-3 years of experience in construction engineering, project Delivery, or a related discipline
Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods
Must possess the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as required
Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Must be able to climb ladders as necessary
Must have access to reliable transportation
Must have the ability to travel and commute on a daily or routine basis
Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, which may include exposure to varying weather
This position is a safety-sensitive position
The employee is designated for field work and attends activities at client sites where they work in construction, Process, packaging, manufacturing, research, or other 'non-administrative' areas
IPS will not sponsor employment visas for this position
Benefits
Out-of-Town Living/Per diem is available for qualified Blue Bell-area candidates who are not local to the Marietta project site.
