Formulate a clear commercial vision and purpose for your industry segment
Drive top-line new business sales, utilizing your network and leadership expertise
Drive a team-centric winning culture
Foster a supportive, growth-oriented environment by coaching and mentoring team members; act as a culture carrier who models company values and intentionally builds the next generation of leaders through ongoing development and empowerment
Be a member of the Americas Commercial Leadership Team (ACLT)
Be a player-coach across a book of sophisticated business opportunities
Create best practices across your team with the Lead Generation, Client Success, and Solutions Engineering teams
Promote execution excellence and accountability towards agreed goals
Demonstrate courage by taking calculated risks and learning from mistakes
Qualification
Required
Over 15 years of senior business development, sales, and management experience
Deep understanding of the institutional investment market ecosystem
Established relationships with C-level executives at buy-side organizations
Experience selling financial technology solutions
Experience managing complex customer situations and projects at a senior level, including owning relationships with C-suite executives
Proven ability to lead in matrix structures and multicultural environments
Proven track record of cultivating talent through targeted coaching and support, strengthening leadership across the team
Extensive background in consultative solution selling and commercial management
Track record of delivering sustainable growth through innovative models and showing accountability towards agreed goals
Success in growing businesses, acquiring new customers, and establishing long-term client relationships
Well-networked in the Financial Services market, with a demonstrated ability to generate leads and identify opportunities
In-depth knowledge of the IT services industry and market dynamics, especially on the buy-side
