IT Programmer I, II, III (Junior to Senior/Lead)
P1FCU is seeking an IT Programmer to join their team at varying levels of experience. The role involves utilizing Symitar and Alkami programming tools to design, test, and deploy code, while also enhancing applications and integrating third-party solutions.

Responsibilities
Utilize Alkami & Symitar’s programming tools (RepGen, SymForm, SymConnect, PowerFrame, SymXchange, SDKs, APIs) to analyze, develop, test, debug, and implement code
Streamline and maintain code for efficiency and automation
Develop interfaces and integrate third-party applications
Use APIs to connect systems and automate workflows with languages like Python and JavaScript
Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements analysis and documentation
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA compliance
Engage in code reviews, quality assurance testing, and production deployments
Level I (Junior): Focus on learning, supporting development tasks, and assisting with troubleshooting
Level II (Intermediate): Independently handle complex coding tasks, integrations, and contribute to solution design
Level III (Senior/Lead): Lead projects, mentor team members, review code for quality, and act as a technical resource for strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, Python, ASP, .NET, and Visual Basic
BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs
Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation
Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator
Must be able to regularly perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary
Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management
Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance
Must be able to perform job functions independently and work effectively either on own or as part of a team
Must be able to plan and direct the work activities of self and others
Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions
Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence
Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization
Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace
Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities
Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters
Preferred
Familiarity with and exposure to HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, Python, ASP, .NET, and Visual Basic, and SQL/basic database concepts
Hands-on experience with Symitar PowerOn, SymForm PDF, SymXchange development; ability to consume web services (SOAP or RESTful); experience with workload automation tools like SMA Technologies OpCon
Advanced proficiency in Symitar and Alkami tools; strong understanding of Microsoft IIS, web applications, and orchestration; proven ability to lead projects and mentor team members
Equivalent experience may be considered for Level I; advanced certifications or leadership training preferred for Level III
Additional ability to motivate, influence, and guide team members; handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
