Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, GraphQL, NodeJS, and MongoDB
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery
Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a collaborative development environment
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, NodeJS, and MongoDB
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks

Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a development team
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

Experience in B2B software systems
Experience in the insurance or risk management industry
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP)
