Responsibilities
Supports day to day senior accounting functions that are essential for accurate and timely reporting
Owns key close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and project cost tracking
Ensures accuracy across time, attendance, project billing, and cost allocations
Acts as a stabilizing force for the team after a sudden departure and helps maintain continuity
Partners closely with project managers and operations to ensure financial data integrity
Qualification
Required
Three to five years of progressive accounting experience
Experience in project based environments such as construction, field services, professional services, facilities, engineering, or similar
Strong understanding of time and attendance driven accounting workflows
ERP experience helpful, Acumatica exposure is a plus but not required
Comfortable working fully onsite and starting immediately
A detail oriented, dependable, and collaborative professional with strong communication skills
